I own a Kubota b7100 4x4 that was my wife's grandfather. The front differential was damaged and the gears removed years ago. I'm wanting to replace the front differential I found a b6000 for sale cheaper then a used differential. Does the front differential interchange between the two tractors?

One thing to consider is gear ratio. If you did find a way to adapt it, will it work with the rear differential?
Have you tried wkytpstore.com. They are a tractor dismantling service and might have what you need. If not try a salvage locator service. I just used one here in Ca. and they were able to locate a front drive for my b5100d, which is very hard to find parts for. Here is their #800-344-9494, Meyers Ward in the company's name. Good luck!

FYI----One thing to consider when shopping, is the B7100 dt (gear drive) and the B7100 HST used different front axles. I do not know if the internal parts are the same in the differential but the axle housing is totally different. It might be that you can swap a complete front axle one style for the other I am not sure about that either.
