Hydraulic bucket controls stuck

B3200hsd 2012, bucket wouldn't, roll, up down ok, then down got stuck, like the valves themselves are stuck, thoughts?

Is it cold enough for water to freeze?
If it is it could be that you have water in the bottom detent section of the valves, and you'll need to take it apart and clean and dry it.
Another common problem is something in the linkage has come undone, like a bolt or a pin that is causing it to not work right.

Part of that linkage may be you quick disconnect fittings. Try unplugging them and re-connect each one.

no, kept inside, 65 deg. thought I run it by the group before I take the bottom assemblies apart, suspect there is gunk in there, just odd that they both did this at the same time, its nothing in a bind, top side, I broke a lever in there and I've take all that apart, and have the two valves sticking up, I can drive them down but shouldn't be that hard, as according to the prints, it appears they are a return to center type plunger valve, should always be in center unless pushed down or pulled up, up works on arms , roll up is stuck up on bucket thanks, guess I'll tear into it.

Having a time finding the rebuild kit for the bucket controls, going to take it apart and clean, re o ring it, anyone know,

IF you have a backhoe for your B3200, check the return line fitting at the back of your tractor. IF you have the backhoe off.

Found broken plunger valve ? Bucket side, local kubota says not available, need to buy entire valve, Anyone been here

Yes sadly they are a matched set on that model of loader valve, they never offered the spool valves separate from the body.

what a shame, local mechanic says its a common problem, attributes it to shaking the bucket to get out stuck debris, wow, who doesn't do that, at $1060 for the valve, and a known problem, you would think a reputable company like this would help out the consumer, if anyone on here has replaced this valve for what ever reason, and the bucket plunger is not broken, its the left one looking at it with the rear wheel off, I'd buy it, otherwise, I'm taking it to a machinist and having the broken bolt, ( yes its a hex head bolt) drilled out and put in another one, its not that big of a deal, just thought Kubota would offer a plunger, wish I knew the mfg of the valve and I'd hit them up. you know they have a bin full of them. not sure what matched means, other than Kubota is able to make a few bucks off of selling parts, my 15 yr old K, has never faulted like this 2012 has.

The block and the spool valve are a matched bore, that is because there is no seals they have to be an exact fit.
If you were to get another valve it would either be too large and not fit in the bore, or too small and leak internally.
