I cut 10 acres of grass with my 52" scag. It's very hilly and has about 60 fruit trees on it. As much as I would love to enjoy the comfort of cutting grass in my air conditioned cab on the 2650, you can't beat the speed and maneuverability of a zero turn. If I had flat land to cut, I would go for a mmm, or something similar and enhance the functionality of the machine.

As it stands I have the front quick hitch for the snowblower and the blade, which works great on my 1/2 mile road. The fel and the forks with the quick attach has proven indispensable. I'm going to be making some trails through the woods and doing some logging with it this spring. I'll but cutting some trenches for some stream enchancement work and digging out trees and putting in few new ones with the BH.

It's like owning a giant robot. I love it. Other than some minor problems it's mechanically sound. My only complaint is the hst whine. I guess I'm sensitive to it due to my hearing loss and tinnitus.

Go 2650hsdc!

All I can say about the 2650 w Cab is when I sat in it at the dealers, it took 2 salesmen and an 8 foot 2x4 to get out of it :D

When they showed you the price, did that help you ease out the seat? :D:)

That didn't get me out of the seat! It's a tractor not a truck. I'll pay 30k and in 15 years it'll be worth 27-32k, not 5k like a pickup ;)

Isn't that so true. I absolutely hate vehicles and their salespeople, LOL.
A huge waste of money, but a necessary evil.

Tractors and real estate are the only things in my life that don't depress me, LOL.

Nice property you have.
I have a little over 5 acres and I use a B2320. I have the FEL, 60" box blade and 60" PTO mower. It may be a bit more than I need but nevertheless I am very happy with it. The land here is bumpy, rock filled and hilly (the Ozarks) so a small wheeled tractor would have given me a bumpy ride. But your land seems to be pretty smooth. If you are going to do any work on the grass I suggest you go with the turf tires. They will do the least damage to your yards. As far as lifting capacity, go with the numbers on the FEL, then double them. Can you test drive a few machines? And Kubota still has the 84 month 0% plan, but you will have to come up with a down payment. If you can swing that you can keep your monthly payment low. You will still have to buy the insurance for the life of the loan.
