Luckily I was able to get it on the trailer. Not sure how I plan on getting it off. Can't lift the bucket or the box blade.

I'll be dropping it off at the dealer tomorrow.

I feel your pain I put a big limb into my filter bracket last year my trailer deck looked just like that. Filter, bracket and two new lines fixed it up. Goid luck.

Go look at where you were working, like where the fluid started dumping out.
I'll bet you'll find a drain plug lying there.

It's definitely broken. I saw raw metal (not painted) when I looked under there. The repair is less than $700. Labor and 5 gallons of hydraulic fluid are the two most expensive items on the repair list.

Raw metal? As in scraped paint off? OR a cracked housing? I hope for your sake the drain plug was somehow pulled out......

I would think that a cracked housing would cost a helva lot more than $700!!! What specifically is the dealer doing for the fix?

Can you perhaps take another picture of the damage?

Oh and "grille front" is the actual front grille. I broke it moving a tree a few weeks ago. I had them add it into the repair.

Wow - surprised they hooked to the ROPS for lifting. I know it's designed to support the weight - guess I was concerned with the chain connection point buckling the tube.

Obviously not their first rodeo.

Given the circumstances, glad it was relatively minor.

I did the same thing to my L3430. I was clearing some property & I live on a hill, with rocks. There's a lot going on when you're pushing brush on a hill with rocks & you can't watch everything at once. A limb got under the tractor, hit the hyd. filter, poked a hole in it, snapped the filter housing & bent both lines that used to be bolted to the housing right out of the housing.

I fixed mine myself, the parts cost about the same as yours. After scratching my head for about 30min trying to figure out how that suction pipe comes off, it was a fairly easy fix.

Good as new. I never realized how far down that stuff hangs. That pretty important for it to not be tucked up higher. Might have to see if I can fab some sort of shield so this doesn't happen again.
