We have a couple of different rental properties with Larger lawns. 1/2 - 2 acre in a size. (I am too lazy to push that much.) I am looking for a finish mower solution. I don't need to mow that often, so I would like to keep the investment costs low. My thought is to buy a MM RCK-54-23BX as it would seem that a MMM would be about the easiest to store when not in use, and transport on the tractor in my small trailer.
Looking for thoughts and insights as to what to buy, before I take the Plunge.

I have the one you are looking at in the 54. It does a nice job on my acre. And fits in my 60 in wide trailer and workshop door.

Have the 60",on my 25D. Would go that way if you need to get close to trees & have room in the landscaping.

I bought a 5 ft trailer, so will need the 54"
54" it is then, hear that the fine cut isn't worth the price. I don't have the nicest lawn at the lake so didn't need perfection. Also plan to pick up a set of Gator blades for the fall for mulching the leaves.

I probably have the worst lawn on the lake (but the neighbors are sure glad I have a tractor nonetheless!! :)

That is good to know the fine cut isn't worth it. I not a greens keeper by any stretch. I would buy a Craftsman mower, but would rather store a mower deck on edge than another tractor.
