strengthen loader

I have a l225dt tractor with a front end loader,and when using this tractor to lifting purposes the front end of where the differetial hooks up to the engine block came apart,im wondering has anyone came across the same proplem that i have,looking to strengthen it by some way so i can use the loader again....dont know why the japanese ever built this tractor that way, (((help))))))))))))) johnnybebad60085@yahoo.com

I have the same tractor and my dad did the same thing. He was trying to lift some BIG trees with the front end loader and eventually split the tractor where the front axle bolts to the front of the engine block. I believe he had to have the holes drilled and retapped by the dealer he bought it from. I believe this tractor was never originally designed to mount a front end loader so Kubota didnt see a purpose in strengthening the chassis.

A lot of Kubota's require a sub fram to support the extra stress of a loader.

I bought my tractor for a deal bc it had this similar problem.
We fabricated a brace out of 1/4 inch plate steel and welded it on to the frame.
Drilled the holes and spot welded nuts on the back side.
I will post pics tomorrow.
