Are you looking for #'s for climbing and repelling hills or side hilling it?

Same answer is either case, they don't! ;)

Agree don't think side hilling will be too great with the cab. My BX does pretty well on the side hill, never measured the angle of the hill.

I have seen many "tests" done on tractors and being tested for inclines. HOWEVER all of these were tests done with a machine sitting on a platform and the platform tilted on the side.

WHEN the machine is moving, this changes everything!!! THE higher the center of gravity the worse it will be! One of the biggest advantages of BX over the B series, is the fact it is "lower" to the ground and has a lower center of gravity.

Properly weighted - your machine will ascend and descend a hill @ 20+ degrees, however, as others said - going sideways is never a good idea!

I bet it's not much. My 2601 has a very high pucker factor on side hills (routinely lifting a back tire off ground) and I know you machine sits higher than mine. I'm considering wheel spacers to help.

Are your tires loaded? If not load them it will help a lot with that.

Yes they will be, but I'm still looking to purchase at this point.

Thanks all for the answers. Just trying to make sure I don't make the wrong decision.

So far I've made it up and down a 15 degree hill, and went sideways on a 10 degree.

I can see it going up or down the 20 degree as 85hokie said, but I don't think I would ever try to go 15 degree sideways. I'm pretty sure it would tip then.

Unloaded turf tires with kubota 1 3/8"spacers", fel and backhoe attached.

Lawn chairs go in the FEL bucket and it's not just a tractor, it's a go-anywhere party bus! Always thought that B3030 - B2650 cab setup was a near perfect small footprint setup.

I have a B2650HSDC and side mowing not very good feeling. Others are correct feels like wnats to tip over. Use our zero turn and go up and down instead of sideways. The B2650 has pretty narrow track. Other than that I am enjoying the treactor.:D

Finally had my rears loaded with Rimguard. It took some of the bounce out of the ride, the cab suspension still makes it feel tippy, but the extra ballast in the tires helps.

Ive got a section in my front yard that is the bank for the county road. It about 30 degrees. I mow it every week with no issue. FEL on or not. Tires not loaded.
