I think I paid $400 for it. It was used and I reinforced it a bit to make it stronger.

Does it take any "feel" when closing the jaws? Seems like it would be easy to just bite right through the trunks- or is the pressure set low enough so that is not a problem?

You do have to get a feel for it. It is capable of crushing trees, t-post, or whatever, to the point of cutting them. It is strong enough I have had to weld it up a few times. I even eventually beefed it up because it kept breaking.

Very nice, was planning on getting one when I had a ToolCat. Traded that for my BX25, so have to go with the BH. Wouldn't go back, love my BX!

sorry I was rushed posting it. same basic setup, just use thick broad vs sharp thin. was simply showing this is something they have. considering everything attachments makes their own attachments....might be worth sending to them to see if they can make a slightly better/stronger design.

Mine works great and was only $400. I just had to do a little fabrication to make it stronger. I have built quite a few of my own implements too.
