loaded tires

I watched a you tube Vid where a guy loaded his tires with windshield washer fluid. He did not tube the tires first, he just pumped washer fluid in them through the valve stem. It would not be hard at all to plumb a pump up to do this. But will the washer fluid cause problems with the steel rim?

Washer fluid is non oxidizing or corrosive to metal parts, it's in the design of the fluid.
So yes it works well for a ballast without a tube.

Hmmmm, I was looking at 25$ per tire for a tube + labor + the cost of Calcium. I will have to price out the cost of doing this myself.

tubes + CACL2 is a lot heavier mixture

.........I bought WWF at Wally-world this past winter, 34 gallons - cost me about 50 bucks - aint had time to place it in tubeless tires!

Doing it yourself aint hard - just takes time....and patience !

I did this very simply went to Bjs got 2 cases of windshield washer fluid that is extremely cheap. Have a self priming pump that is for my basement because I get some water from time to time. There is a fitting you buy for a garden hose that hooks to the stem. You dump the washer fluid in a bucket and pump away. You have to release the pressure from time to time so it takes a little but its a decently quick and easy process.

I loaded my bx2670 26x12x12 turf tires today with a pump style garden sprayer and 20 gallons of all weather widndshield fluid. I unscrewed the dispenser nozzle from the hose, jacked up the tractor, removed the valve stem inserts to deflate the tires, rotate the wheels so the valve stems were at the top, attached the sprayer hose to the valve stem, and pumped away. It worked perfectly. The hose just slipped snugly over the valve stems.

I bought for 1 buck a gallon 42 gallons of washer fluid today. I have managed to get 15 gallons in each rear tire. Tomorrow I will put 6 gallons in each front. I used a 5 gallon bucket with a valve stem in the bottom, a hose over it to the tractor stem. Then I put a lid on the bucket with a male air hose fitting on it and pressurized the bucket. That was kind of slow but it worked. Burp it often is the key.
