White/grey smoke on acceleration after idle

Hi all!
So I was mowing yesterday and I stopped to clean under the mower so I left the tractor running to keep the mower up while i was hosing under the mower. When I got on and moved the tractor, it let off a puff of whitish/grey smoke on the acceleration. There is no smoke when idling or under a load, only on quick acceleration. Is it time for new injectors???

The local kubota guy would love you Actually, that's normal and nothing to worry about. Especially if you lugged it down some. I personally would shrug my shoulders and keep on trucking.

If it starts good, runs good. Then your good My old l1501 is still on its original injectors at 35 plus years old, And at least 4 different owners that I know of

It runs great. When I start it, I get a bit of a stumble but only for a second. Its hard to explain but it only happens on the first cold start of the day. I just chalk it up to being 27 years old.

That's normal on an older diesel.

Thanks for the advice! That's why I check here when I have a question about things that may or may not need replaced.
