I want to increase the capacity of my L39, particularly to move the occasional 1 ton plus pallets. I plan to increase the hydraulic cylinder size a bit.

The price I received is a good price. My problem is I do not need 10 sets,
so if anyone is interested, I think this is a great chance to make your machine a real worker. feel free to contact me.

L39 Curl $525/Set of 2. (2-5/8” bore.)
Note:
These would also fit a L45, however the L45 cylinders are already larger than the L39, so the gain on a L45 would be only 3%.
Still a fraction of the cost of a TL1000A Kubota replacement, should a replacement be needed.

L39 Lift $570/Set of 2. (60 mm bore.)
Note: Lift Cylinders are not a direct fit for the L45, as Kubota reversed their orientation on the L45's TL1000A vs. the L39's TL1000.

I had custom cylinders priced at local shops, $1200 & $1,800 respectively, so if I'm in this alone, I will import.

Why not just crank up your hydraulic pressure a little? I have cranked my LA682 loader to lift closer to 2000+ lbs just with a shim. I know my dad did the same on his L48. Why not on your L35? The cylinders appear to be able to handle the additional pressure fine, you will be limited by counter weight.

I've Got an L39, not L35

You don't have to shim as there is adjusters on all the valves. This is built more commercial.

I am running around 2900 PSI, about 5% above spec. The L39 is ballasted to over 8,000 lbs.

Curl is not enough for heavy pallets. Curl is weaker than lift on an L39, Kubota changed that on the L45. Lift is way stronger than a farm tractor, but I'd like a few more hundred pounds. If I can get to an L48 capacity, I'm happy, as that is close to the M59.

I'll follow up with Bailey.

I did not get a response yet. Thanks
