I have a 2005 BX23 that has developed a problem that i need help with.

kind of scary!! the Eng will not shut off with the main switch,have to use
fuel lever on the side of the pump.

any help will be appreciated

Likely the fuel solenoid has failed or a problem with the electrical connection.

Without starting the engine you should turn on the key and then turn it off and you should hear a click after a few seconds.

A big thanks to all that answered my cry for help,with a kubota that wouldn't stop. the suggestions were right on,the problem was the fuel solenoid.
