After struggling between buying an L175 w/finish mower or B7100, I ended up with the B7100 4wd, 1400 hrs, which has been regularly maintained, new tires, brush hog and box blade. Came with owners manual and even the original tool kit. Have a buyer for my old MF135, which is being picked up tomorrow. Can't wait to put the little tractor to work!

I guess it looks bigger than it is, it's only 4'. I have a 5' heavy duty John Deere one, but am selling it with my MF135, because I knew it would be too big for the smaller tractors I was looking at. Glad you have a good experience with yours!!!

I acquired a roller made out of a 500 gal propane tank. I can pull that thing around with it full of water (roughly 5000lbs). I have to be careful going around corners since it really wants to stay in a straight line, but it'll do it.

I think $3800 was a fair price, given what's been available locally. It's all about what you want and what you're willing to pay, right? My mother has an L245 rotting away on her property that she loved when she was able to use it. I am moving and the places I'm looking at are all 5 acres cleared, so there won't be heavy work like my existing place...just maintaining pasture and a driveway. But I'm sure I'll find other fun things to use it for! May be useful for leash training some of my rescue dogs!
