Just looking for opinions on the best brand quality and price wise for a landscape rake to pull behind my new L3901. Thinking one will be my next purchase but not sure what's best and what to look for. Thanks for any advice.

I've got a 6' Land Pride I pull behind my L305. Works fine. Just like every implement you attach to a tractor, you soon wonder why you didn't know about it and buy it sooner. You always find a use for everything made to attach to a tractor!!
If you want a bargain, find a used one on CL. Not much chance of anything can go wrong with it. No gearboxes, PTO shafts, bearings, just iron.

^^^^^^^^^^WHAT both of them said ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^110% agree with D2Cat, super useful, but not much too them!
check the ads on craigslist - where I bought mine and sold mine, and if you get one - check the tines (some are missing! ) and look for bent 3 point pins etc.....
better ones will have more pin holes to spin and lock into.

Very handy piece of equipment. I've got a LandPride 72". Use it to smooth loose dirt and rocks in driveways. As said above not much to go wrong with them. I don't see that many of them around here, hardly ever one on CraigsList.
I find them all the time. I have a 6' and a 7'. Both found on CL.

Just like most implements, look at the weight. Typically the heavier it is, the stronger it is. I'm talking about how it is built- weight, not weight that is added on so that the implement is heavier.
My feeling is that the ETA rake is the best bang for your buck.
Land Prides LR36 series is the best rake available at this time IMO. But lots of $$$$. To much $$$ for what you get.

I have a 72" Land Pride.
Have a fairly long driveway with lots of gravel.
Ended up buying "gage wheels" for it.
Made a huge difference in having a smooth level drive.
The LP gage wheels were pricey but well worth it.
