Added tow hooks on front and back to pull with and to run chain around to tie tractor on a trailer.

Kenny said it well - and I was always taught when securing large machines, gravity is your enemy - those "hooks" on the end of straps should always be in a situation where if they somehow loosen - that gravity will hold it on the rail that it is binding to. I agree with NIW, especially on the one that's turned down, a little slack in the chain/strap and it will slip right off of the hook.
