L2350 700 hrs. Grandson ran fuel dry. I filled the tank, changed the fuel filter, bled the filter, injector pump and the three injector lines. Upon starting, tractor barely stayed running. Ran engine and loosened each of the injector lines. From this determined that only center cylinder was firing. Probability that two glow plugs failed simultaneously is low. Could the injectors be plugged by crud possibly caused when fuel was sucked dry?

The glow plugs will not have any bearing on it running, once it's starts the glow plugs don't do a thing.

Yes you can have contamination that is now in the injectors, but most of the time it's just air that's trapped in the injector.
Try bleeding it again while it's running, just crack the fuel line on top of the injector and let it run a fair amount of fuel out.

System has been bled on three separate occasions including while running when I checked to see which cylinders weren't firing. Think I'll pull the injectors and have shop pop them to see if they are functioning.

When you bleed the injectors are you getting fuel spurting out of all three injector lines at the injectors? If so, there is really nothing to those injectors, take a 27mm and a 24mm wrench to take them apart, pay attention to how they come apart. Clean them with some carb cleaner and tooth pics or a soft brass brush and put them back together. I just did mine two days ago. Runs like a top now.

Sounds like a good approach. ;)

When you cracked the lines was there fuel?
If there was, then yes most likely junk as fouled up the injectors. :(

EDIT: What motmow said. :D

Got fuel at all injectors. I'll try the cleaning option before I take them to the shop. Thanks.

We're did you bleed the lines? Did you lose them on top of the injection pump? If so you may have loosened the plunger in the top of the pump. Take the three line off the top of the pump and use a 19MM check the fittings on top of the pump for tightness. If they are even a little lose that cilinder will not fire. Good luck Lance
