I have a 2011 BX2660 with a loader that is giving me fits. I took it off a few months ago and when I tried to re-attach it, the arms do not move in tandem or equally so it wont line up properly to fit. Hydraulics problem... ?

Any Ideas how to solve this would be greatly appreciated.

Just push (byhand) the loader arm that is too far back. ;)

Try extending and retracting the cylinders to full extension, pressure should equalize. If this doesn't work, line one up then cycle so the other side contacts your supports, should line up then. I have to do that on mine.

Seriously ...? Hints on how to do that ?
Yes seriously, if it's just too stiff you could use a ratchet strap to pull the arm that's too far back forward and that will push the other arm out.

Sometimes it just takes driving up to it, connect the hydraulics and lower the loader (that will pull both arms in) then raise the loader (arms will go out) until they are lined up again.

I have driven up to it, hooked up the hydraulics and raised and lowered the arms repeatedly.they will both retract entirely, but when I try to raise them so that I can reattach it, they go at different speeds and two different levels… That is to say they are not raising together equally. Therefore they do not line up with the notches so that I can use the big Pegs to lock them into place.

Yep just move them by hand. or as TripleR said let the one bump into the tower then move the other.

Try locking one of the arms in and pin it then operate the raise / lower lever to bring the other arm in place to lock it on. I have had to do that once. The reason was that I forgot to release hydraulic pressure before I disconnected the bucket. Lesson learned.

Ok, so I tried all suggestions and got close but no cigar ... Noticed that the left arm was making a nasty noise when retracting/extending and I figure I got a bad or damaged cylinder. Any thoughts ?

Have you greased all the joints?
Cylinders normally don't make any odd noises even when they are bad.
Take a picture of your problem and post it.
