PTO Safety Cap B1750

Could somebody please help with some advice regarding the removal of the PTO safety cap.

I’ve just bought a second hand B1750 and have downloaded and read the manual thoroughly while it does remind you to put the cap back on after using the PTO there are no instructions on how you actually remove it.

I have tried to work it out but it’s not intuitive as to how it comes off.

Any assistance would be appreciated

On my bx24 the cap is plastic. It has two little slits on each side. Just squeeze it
at those points and pull it off. I assume yours is the same.

Welcome to the forum. On my L3200 I just pull it off. It just slides on and off.
