WAY OT saddlebags

I just talked to my baby and she told me that her saddle bags I made for her 30 years ago have given up the ghost. And being the nice Dad that I am said well ok I will buy you another pair,,,, Ahhh no dad I want them tooled up like the other ones you made,,, KRIST I don't even remember what I tooled in to the bags. Anyway I figure I don't need a whole side cause it would just lay around and dry rot just like whats left of the other side I have. So I figured I will check with Tandy,, they no longer sell any horse related kits like the saddle I built for baby sister, she still rides with it, though I have repaired it a couple times, hence no saddle bag kits I will tool it but I don't need a whole side,, sucks,,,
So does anybody know of any company that has saddlebag kits, I been online for an hour looking and haven't found one,,, So if you know please pass it along

What you talkin about? The more I read about your life, the more I want to roll with you. I like guns, motorcycles, tractors and I even liked horse once! Lol

My mom made me a set of chaps out of a deerhide when I was a kid, didn't have the money to buy them, and I still have a set of saddle bags, plain. I am guessing your daughter has in mind the fancy kind used in western pleasure classes right? There is a saddle maker retired now I bet in Reno that would help you if he could. Earl Guyton.

LOL,, thanks,,, No these are for her horses,,, baby daughter grew up around those hay burners, and went to collage for equestrian studies and now raised trains and breed Arab Horses out in California. They breed back to the OLD blood line of Arab war horses fine lookin critters strong fast and seem to run forever, So yes it is horse saddlebags. She wants something big enough for some lunch and refreshments and she can tuck her jacket and heavy shirts in when they are training for the endurance races,, and she mentioned if I should make her a new pomal bag that I put a holster that will fit her .357,, Kids what ever are ya gona do with them,,lol
