I have a Z482 Kubota engine that was removed from a refer truck. The motor was used as an auxiliary power unit made by Pony Pack, Inc. I'm removing the ECM and standard wiring system, and eliminating the A/C system. I'm putting a hydraulic pump in place of the A/C compressor to power a log-splitter. What I need help with is a standard wiring schematic for an ignition system for this motor, including fuses and relays. I want to include momentary glow plug warming, low oil pressure light, high temp light, as well as a cooling fan to kick on when the temp gets high. Does anybody know how to do this?

Welcome to the forum. Those are nice units if not too old.

I put one in a Case 646 loader. Wiring is very basic on these. Here is a generic Kubota wiring diagram that includes the glow timer.

Thanks for the help, guys. Unfortunately, I have already looked at those wiring schematics, and they don't match when used as a refrigeration unit. I talked with the manufacturer of the power unit (Pony Pack), and he said to eliminate the complicated wiring with the ECM and just wire it basic. I'm having trouble with that though as well, because I'm trying to use the original fuse box and relays. I can't figure out with wires to energize to get the starter solenoid to fire.
