Looking at your pics in the other post, it looks like there are two levers on the left side of your seat. The lever with the orange handle would be the hi/low range and the lever below it is a safe bet that it's the 4wd selector.

On my B7000 it's the lower lever on the right. Push down for 4WD, pull up for 2WD. Upper right lever is Hi/Lo range. Down for Hi, up for Lo. Left-side lever is PTO selector.
Tomcat nailed it - just like a B7100 too.

SO it will not push down or pull up? Some times you need to ride the clutch a bit, as the clutch begins to make contact see if it will go. Then again, it might need a good tlc on the pivot points. Lack of grease over time and the elements can lock it up.:)

I agree with Hokie. Bump the clutch a little - sometimes you've got to get the gears moving before they mesh.
