6 acers mowing will be faster

I'll now be mowing the 6 acers this season with the KK 5' RFM. It was new but not always orange Ha Ha. Looking over the hood you'll see the end of the drive.

Yes on the FEL S/F. If I stay on the mowing, it can be done in less than 3 hrs.

3 hrs mowing 6 acres, that's good! However, you have something going on here from your picture...................you really do need something to keep your adult beverages safe for three hours, that's a long damn time

If one can't mow 43560 sq ft = 208X208 ft with a 5' mower in less than 30 min than I'd say they can't be to serious?

Actualy,if I used what I have with the L235, I'd be moweing 11 feet but I couldn't get between some of the trees.

I wonder how this would work on my B7001....

As i figure it, 32 feet wide traveling at 20mph (30 feet per second) cuts 960 square feet per second or an acre in 45 seconds.

This guy was coming towards me this morning, so I turned around and followed him for a bit. I has just passed the turf farm, and figured he was headed there. Took him about 2 minutes to switch from 'tow' to 'cut'.

I have been looking for a decent pic of a gang mower since this thread was new.
