and thank you for your service by the way, and all other Vets.
USN 1965-1971 ... arm wrestled the damn Russians, Putin may have been there!
I gotta tell ya I'd do it all over again. Where else can you fire fully automatic weapons and blow shit up and get paid for it (even if it was less than minimum wage) :D

And Thank You for yours as well.

It was 76F here yesterday. I cut stumps, trimmed fence line, stacked brush! High today----42. Had a "snow" about 3 weeks ago that almost hid the top of the cut lawn. We're due!!!

Come on lets be honest, you wish it were at your place so you could go play with your new tractor! ;):D

I could do a little of both! ;)
That's what my road looks like come spring. More snow coming tomorrow and Monday they're calling for a bigger storm but that's a long ways of, a lot can between now and then. Your right though....that tractor is fun to play with.

'aye ya" You down east?
ya know that would be a No - Arundel

That's just nasty!
That would be one way to put it, I thought of several other possible ways using more COLORFUL language. :D

Thankfully you had a Kubota to take on the job!
You got that RIGHT! It did get a good workout. Only got stuck once but it was an easy out.

Otherwise your wife would be wore out from all that shoveling!

She normally does the light shoveling while I do the major work. She has been sick sense before Christmas so I get to have all the fun.:( 1+ hr to do the shoveling and other cleanup. I'm getting tired again just typing this.

Come on lets be honest, you wish it were at your place so you could go play with your new tractor!

Another 8 - 12 predicted for tomorrow and 12 - 24 for Tuesday.
There is such a thing as too much fun.
:eek::p:D:D

I do not know about a container, but I had a customer in 1989 that wanted 150 - 27lb boxes shipped next day to Tokyo Japan.

150 X $29.99 cost per item = $4,498.50
150 boxes X
$153 per box shipping = $22,950.
Total = $27,448.50. He wanted them BAD!

I will never forget that one. ;):D

Late 60's in my navy daze, spent two years at Cutler Harbor (VLF station). It was a few miles east of E Machias and a few south of Lubec. Beautiful Country!
I road shotgun a few times on a big rotary plow. It could get deep. We had a lightening storm in the middle of a blizzard. Srange light and muffled thunder.

Don't I know it, I've got a 1/4 mile long driveway to deal with!

Sadly entire property is sand not a rock to be had.

Was supposed to be last years project but the poor Kubota was down most of the summer for transmission rebuild!;)
She say's she'll be up to the task this summer!:D

It's winter here finally with a good snowfall last night and today....And my B7100 is not so good as a snow plow. I've got a 60 inch blade attached to the loader bucket that looks good....But the aftermarket bucket doesn't have "float" so the operator has to make make constant bucket adjustments to keep the plow in contact with our long uneven stone/dirt driveway.Too much and it won't steer, you all know the routine. And also because a tractor has no suspension it's constantly lifting a wheel negotiating off camber turns. My big feet in heavy boots fumble for the differential lock. I figured with good thread AG tires it would laugh at snow...not really...I think the FEL set up unbalances the tractor so to speak...Might work better with no FEL bucket and frame and just the plow on a frame closer to the tractor...
This is something I was naive about.... the Honda Foreman 4x4 ATV we used previously to plow was obviously better pushing snow on rough terrain. But the strenuous plow job caused damage to the ATV driveline....And if the snow piled up the ATV couldn't move it..
I might need a Jeep and plow....:D
But than this the Kubota is reliable and uses so little fuel it's amazing.
