Got to looking at it, and noticed when I drop it to the floor of my garage, the left side hits first. There is about an inch that is not touching on the right side. I know I'm a fool for detail, but is this normal?

Check your rear and front tires first via psi......crazy as it sounds, can make a difference......;)

watch the hydraulic rams open and close.....are they timed correctly? does the pistons stop at the same time?

Ha... sounds logical enough. I'll take a look when I get home from work. The tractor is brand new, which made me think its something with install.

Front tire pressure won't affect bucket level but I agree rear tire pressure will.

Rears are a lot bigger - PSI will affect balance more, and on the opposite of the pivot point - but lower the front end 10 psi .....bucket will droop too;)
But the rears will throw 'em off more - agreed :)

I had the same issue, pressure was the same in both rears. Turned out to be slight difference in tire size during manufacturing and the dealer swapped the tires which involved dismounting from the wheels and reloading them. Dealer stood behind it and that solved the problem.. Good luck and let us know what you find out.

Please explain how a "pivoting frt axle" with a lower inflated tire on one side can affect bucket level? Only way I see an affect on FEL bucket is if frt axle was contacting axle stop on one side.
Thanks,Jim

OK. So I wasn't sure how to check pressure on rear tires, cause water just dribbled out on my tire gauge. But, looking at tire I could tell it needed a bump of air. Put some in, looked at bucket, and ha...level. Think I'll need to read up on how to check loaded tires.

I haven't seen this mentioned... a very quick way to see if your loader is level (assuming a non-beat up bucket & straight grill guard) is to lower the bucket so that the top of the bucket is slightly higher (inch or two) than the top of the grill guard. two parallel lines tells a person that the loader is straight. I noticed this a few months ago when I thought the FEL was bent.

Cheers,
