Server outage

That's my setup. It's more likely your router than your computer. You could easily verify by opening Internet Exploder and trying to load the page. I have occasional problems with my router, and more often, by my ISP, Chuckles... er, Charter. However, OTT does suffer a lot more than most of the forums I frequent. Prolly cuz the Canoodians had to run out 'n git an armload uv firewood.

Shaun, when OTT is on the blink for me other sites cause no problem. So the router or dsl box shouldn't be the problem. Maybe they have allergies to OTT? ;-) I'll try using another browser next time just to see if that makes any difference.

Im getting some odd messages after posing a comment,unable to load blah blah program, then it starts up a totally irrelevant page(iphone) like its trying to load an app. will take a screen shot next time it happens.

I wouldnt, dont know if insurance covers bullet holes. You know you are insured for everything-but what happens to ya.

TJ, that looks like a Phishing prompt. Notice the bad grammar and improper reference to IE. Have you scanned your system for malware? (I don't believe that message would come from OTT, and we don't get messages from OTT when the server goes down.)

For me too. I didn't make it very clear: sometimes my problems are with OTT. However, sometimes when OTT fails to load, other Websites do as well. Prolly 90% of my outages are my {dearly beloved} ISP. They are known for throttling, and folks I know who are their customers also have complaints.

So sometimes I'll check another Website when I get the dinosaur (I use Chrome) but most times if I can't get on OTT, I'll just shut it down.

its redirecting me to some sort of gaming site,im no gamer so not interested.
my iphone never did anything wrong,so why is it being picked on?
shop laptop is fine,so i will need to figure out whats up with my portable surfer.

Seems better, thinking had something to do with bad cookies. So no more cookies for iphone. Was getting fat anyway.
So now its not OTT thats the issue. I aplogise for any inconvenience i may have caused.

Seems i have a knack for finding bugs, or them finding me. Yet i have never had virus issues yet. Knock on wood.

Daren, I got the errors too at about the same time you're saying. No other site does this on my computer. The site did the same thing on my iphone as well. I don't use Taptalk.
