I can't tell if you're buying or selling. If you're selling, start at your $200 and come down as prospective buyers look at it.
If you're buying, ask the seller what the bottom dollars is and decide how bad you need it. If you want it just so you have it when you need it the price would be lower then if you have an immediate job and need it now.
