Hi all.

A little confused on the horsepower of my L1500DT Tractor, I have seen it listed any where from 15HP to 18HP, anyone know what the horse power would be.

Thanks
Bert

Hey Bert,
The horsepower ratings seem to be common with the disparity on different resources. Researching it seems the people selling a tractor will add a couple to make it look better. Or they just don't really know.
Either way I have run into the same issue with my B7610. My owners manual has it listed for 24hp, tractordata.com has it at 24hp and OTT has 26hp on the specs tab.

I looked up yours under tractordata.com and the L1500 is 15hp but a person selling one has 18hp listed.

Normally tractordata.com is very reliable .

Take care,
Scott

Hi Scott,

Thanks for that, really appreciate your help. That is the same thing I noticed, some say 18HP others 15HP, I just wanted to get an idea so I knew for myself. Unfortunately I have been unable to get just the owners manual for it, I have a workshop manual but not the basic owners manual which would normally tell me.

Once again thanks for your input.

Best Regards
Bert

No problem Bert and you are very welcome.
If I had to select what manual to get first if I could only have one, it would be the work shop manual.

Take care,
Scott
