Hey Everybody,
I just bought a b7610 Kubota last week. Yesterday I was using my box blade and noticed that the 3 point handle only raises the implement. When I push the handle completely forward it will slowly lower the 3 point. To me it seems like there is something loose inside the 3 point housing. I am pretty bummed because I just bought it. I was looking for a diagram of the inside of the 3 point. Anyone have suggestions? Does the shop manual help with these kinds of problems?

Thanks,
Kai

What you are describing sounds normal and right.
A Three point setup only raise with pressure, they have no hydraulic down force, the down force is all in how heavy the implement is.
Three points are floating, with the three point in the down position, lift up on the arms, there is no down force.
There is an adjustment for the speed of down on the three point to adjust for the weight of the implement that you have on the three point, makes it fall faster or slower depending on weight.

Thanks folks,

What worries me is that the lever is moving more and more forward on the plastic cutout. I have had to remove the stops in order to get it down. It seems like something has become loose in the housing for the 3 point... Is it alot of work to open up the 3 point housing or can it be done relatively quickly? Also, I was about to order the wsm manual. Has anyone had success with it?

Thanks,
Kai

#1 There is nothing in the housing to come loose, Zero adjustments, pulling it apart would be a waste of time!

As for the lever, there is no adjustment either, just make sure the bolts and one pin are intact.

Now here is probably where your problem is at, it's called the feed back lever and it's probably come loose and is effecting the 3 point operation.
it will 100% change the position of the lever! ;)

Yes also get the WSM for future use!

Thanks guys!

I was able to fix the problem. It was positioned slightly forward, so I had to put some pressure on the handle to get it in the middle. I followed North Idaho Wolfman's advice and it worked! Thanks for the diagrams. I went ahead and ordered the shop manual.

Thanks a ton!
Kai

BTW- Love the NIC Cardinals!
