Need help lowering bx2370 mower deck

Hi All. First post!!!

I'm a new kubota owner and in love with it. I'm using it for a big landscaping job and I want to take off the belly mower. I lift the PTO to the top but the adjustment level will only go up, not lower. It's a narrow space and so the mower is a pain! What am I missing? Thanks!

raise it and set the depth to ZERO and lower it again....(sometimes it is tough to turn)

also - do all of this on a nice hard, flat surface......it sucks rocks doing it on a gravel driveway.....
