rear counter weight

Newbie with a new B3200 hst with the L504 front end loader, and my rear tires are ballast filled. I seen some great ideas on here to make a rear counter weight for it when moving dirt. I have no idea how much weight I should put on . Suggestions be appreciated.

If it were me I would be looking to add between 500 to 1000 pounds onto the 3PH.

I have a ballast box on my bx1870 and on the rear of box it reads bx 300lbs and b series 500lbs.

dwk, I guess I would agree with 500 # max on the 3PH. I was thinking of the weight I have on the back of my B7100. I am at approx 1000# in the form of a ARPS backhoe, but it does have it's own sub frame mounted to the Kubota chassis. It does not use the 3PH at all.

I believe that the B7100 FEL bucket max is also 500# lift capacity.
