Kind of funny ...the fox was after the ducks and geese then the 3 sea otters came up and chased the fox off.

I noticed a lot of ducks on the nearby river here last week - all drakes. If I remember right, males migrate early. Must be a sign of spring?
We have WAY too many resident Canada geese, but ducks not so much 'round these parts. So, I'm REALLY hoping these are migratory guys predicting better weather.
Maybe I'll get some maple taps in before February is over!
