Exactly. That gives you a direct measurement and eliminates a lot of error. Oring is probably 2mm (.079) and thst should seal fine if the two surfaces are flat.

Dan
I will try to double check the transmission machining for flatness but it's hard to get in there so will see. Beyond that it'll be later next week before I attempt to put it back together. Thanks for all the grear help!

I hate to admit defeat (by inanimate objects) as much as anybody, but at this stage I'd put the plate back on and plumb her up to the loader PB, or vice versa.

Trynfixit, you don't happen to have the WSM so you could attach the hydraulic diagram, do you?

I could not findva WSM.

If you look at the parts diagrams things appear pretty obvious. The pump delivers oil into the top of the lift cover via a long pipe and the system relief valve is right below that connection

The loader outlet block is on the pump end of the delivery pipe and has.a pressure out and pressure return connection. Consequently the loader valve has its own relief and a third tank return.

The rear outlets are just below the system relief and presumably protected by both the system relief and the loader relief.

This one?
Bingo.

Items 11, 12, 13, 14. and 15 are the hydraulic circuit you are dealing with.

Notice that the two outlet blocks are simply daisy chained together. Connecting your valve at the front block is functionally equivalemt to connecting it at the rear block.

Yes I see that.

This is the instruction page I found in the operator manual section. It is a better one than came with the RH Outlet Block.
Thanks. The manual explains it well. The front block is before the tractor's relief valve and the rear block is after. Does your loader's T line tie into that return port or somewhere else?

I'm not positive, will have to look tomorrow.
The parts manual for the factory loader says the PB goes to the front hydraulic outlet block and the tank return goes to a port on the side of the transmission. The loader return port would be a good candidate for adding a tee to connect the tank return on your remote valve.

Thank you! I've been trying to find a K drawing that showed that but have not been able to. My loader valve is not marked with T or PB or N as the auxiliary valve but the port on top goes to the transmission port. See Pics. I am already set up with the fittings for that. Mistake i made there was thinking it was PB. Must have read that dwg wrong.
So I will proceed that way, try to cancel the "stock order" for the return pipe. I'll try the Block with that setup once more. If it still leaks I guess the T will be plummed. Will tie into the loader Block as you said and should have done in the first place. Have so much time and $$ in this rear Outlet I hate to give up. Really does not make sense that it does not work from what I can tell from all your help. It'll be a few days til I get back to it, have some stuff got to do. Manga taak!! That's Norwegian for many thanks : ) steve

Easy to ID the ports on thevloader valve. There are three hoses. Looking at the outlet block:

P port is connected to rightmost port on the outlet block

PB port is connected to leftmost port on the outlet block

T port is connected.to remaining hose.

Thanks. I almost got it re plummed, short one fitting. If the rear block still leaks I'll have to make a couple hoses to tee into the front block.

Will let yall know in a few days how it holds up after working it but when I finished plumbing it last night and tried it a little there was no sign of leakage anywhereso far. Hoping it is solved. Couple pics show the T line teed into the tank return port from the FEL and the RHO Block with all

One shows the Summit valve mounted. Thanks again for all the help!! 20240720_184617.jpg
