This hose failure is quite common. It could cause hyd. pump cavitation and ultimate failure but so far I've only seen jerky hydraulics and steering.

I too am new. I have a 2005 L2800 and noticed hydraulic fluid on the ground and coming from the bottom of the clutch area and followed up the wetness and found the Hydro pump inlet hose, coming from the filter area to the pump on the engine, was cracked and seeping fluid. After looking at some info on another forum site(tractorbynet), I heard it was widespread and maybe covered under warranty and/or replaced free of charge. Since it is in a negative pressure realm, there was not a large volume of fluid leaking out. I read that the big problem is that it sucks air and whatever else into the system and can ruin it. I am trying to find some more posts on this subject here but so far not much said. Have you heard of this?

I have a B9200 HST Kubota. The hydraulics on my tractor are very strong. I am considering buying a used front loader from a B 2150 Kubota. The owner says that the loader was very slow on his tractor with the tractors hyd. system, and had to add a pto pump. I would rather not use the pto pump. Should my factory pump operate this system properly? The loader is a Massey Ferguson model 1016. Thanks, Buddy

Thanks for the suggestions. We looked under the tractor and found a piece of branch that was pinching the hose against the frame. Removed it and problem solved. Wierd how stuff happens

It runs off the main hydraulic from the tractor. The fluid is ok. The arms are down and wont come up

I'm just wondering but do you work with nasty chemicals or something that could have done this to you? Or have you been swimming in that Ohio river that caught fire?

Front loader hydraulic issues I think!

I have a BX2230 when the tractor gets hot the front end loader up and down controls do not function properly and the tractor makes a constant whining noise i have changed the hydraulic oil and filter and no change, no problem when the tractor is cold.Any ideas where to go next?

i have a new bx 2660 w loader any suggestions for weight balance without a rear implement

Vic, needing to replace a very stickly ignition switch on my L245H. Parts list call for 37150-31820 but can only locate a 37150-3800. The wiring diagram on the L245H and the L245 are identical. So will the 3800 match up? I also cannot find the seal 35219-16410 for the steering shaft. Is there some other seal to use or do I take a plate of neoprene and cut to fit? Thanks very much.

We bought a used Kubota which we are happy with. L2250 4wd. Problem someone ripped the wires off the hazard lights and the tail light. Here's the wires. YELLOW goes to the left tail light as well as a blue with white strip. On the right side it is just hanging under the fender. RED/BLUE goes to the hazard lights. BLACK is ground???? BLUE is ???
The wires are hanging off the parts but not connected under the seat. How should these be connected? ALSO - how do the hazard lights work. I pushed the hazard switch down and temporarily connect wires and nothing blinked?

Hi ptwyz, I sure do hate to hear all this stuff you are going thru. My dad pasted last July. He had most of the same stuff wrong and a few others added in as well. Maybe this will make you feel a little better. The DR told my dad 6 yrs ago that he had 2 weeks to live. I know that if he would have listened to the Dr a little more and tried to eat what he was supposed to he would still be here. Dad was about as stubborn as a old mule so I guess you can imagine how well the Dr telling him what to do went over. Tell him not to eat sweets and every time you looked in his car there would be a box of debbie cakes. "They're for the kids" he would say with a strange scent of peanut butter and chocolate on his breath. You hang in there and don't let this stuff get you down. Just keep your chin up and try and do what you need to. The day my dad turned and started his down hill desent was when he just gave up. I hope you get to feeling better.
On another note, you sure do have a nice garage.
