My zd 18 won't start it was acting up last week so I put a new key switch when I did it fired right up. Today nothing battery light comes on glow plug light comes on when I try to start it but nothing happens when I turn the key also has new starter it's almost like a saftey or something??

Since you did some wiring go thru the basic stuff. Check all connections, battery, battery post and terminals, ground, fuses, ect...
If all is good go over all the safety switches. it's probably something simple.
