I bought a Z725 60" mower this Spring. Love it, it's a beast. But, the fuel gauge is stuck on FULL until You have less than half a tank, then it drops pretty quick. Dealership doesn't seem to be able to figure it out. Anyone had experience with this situation?

Does it have a weird shape to the fuel tank? It's my understanding get that the BX models do the same thing.

Daren that was my thought too. The tank is shaped odd, exactly like the BX and even the standard L series (L3200/3800 especially). As I recall, they'd use a few gallons of fuel before the gauge would move. Then it moved quickly, or seemed like it because of how long it ran on the first couple 3 gallons.

BTW my truck is the same way. Drive 300 miles before it ever moves off of "F", then 200 later it's EMPTY. Just the way the tank is shaped. Bigger at the top, kinda like an upside down isosceles trapezoid.
