I've got a Z422 with 9 hours that has a siezed caster wheel bearing on one side and the other side is not far behind. Neither bearing appears to have any grease in it. I dont want to make the 2 hour round trip to fight with the dealer about warranty. Does anyone know the bearing part number? Couldnt find it in the manual. One wheel is also leaking air around the bead. Anyone seen this problem before? Thinking about popping the bead and seeing if that will work.

You paid the dealer a lot of money for a new machine with a warranty. There should be no fight involved. The dealer should have checked the bearings, and it is clear that it didn't happen. Unless your dealer is an idiot, he will fix it and that will be the end of the problem.
Now for a more important question, have you checked other things that might not have been properly checked prior to delivery, such as the gearbox?

PS: I suggest that you be a little more specific than the US for a location.

The bearing are sealed bearings, and it doesn't look like there is even a provision for them to be greased.
It is rather odd that that bearing failed so quickly????
