Hey Vic, any idea what the North American version of the L1801 is? I've never seen anything that size here in the US before. It looks smaller then an L185 and a tad smaller then a B8200.

Vic,
Thank you for the production year and info. This is a work horse of a tractor, I cant beleive what only two cylinders can do. This was a rattle can paint job with the help of your article. I tryed to find chrome light rings but it seems very expensive so I painted them black and the grill white for some contrast.

Eric, Vic had previously told me the closest cousin was in fact the L185 and that is what I used to get parts from my local K - Dealer and that worked well.

Here are some more pics, had the decals custom made,(thats why I couldn't splurge on the light rings), and ps you cant get that swiveling blue mountain holder at the K - Dealer.

I found something on my L1801 that I just sold last Sunday and that was on the valve stem side of the rear wheels was a series of numbers then a space and then the year 1977 on mine. The 1977 was the year that the rear wheel was made. This is on the flat area on the wheel that is where I found the numbers engraved on the wheel near the valve stem. I know that this is not real accurate but would give you a general idea of the year of the tractor. I posted a thread about the sale of my Zen-Noh ZL1801 at this link.
