Wheel spacers will help but they will not solve the pucker-factor entirely.
You may already know but...
Driving straight up and down is recommended especially with a loaded bucket.
Always keep bucket as low as possible, ROPS up and seatbelt clicked.
Maybe fill the rear tires also.

I'm pretty sure I've seen this tractor in person many years ago.
Your talking about this tractor right.
If you are, then yep there is no moving those rim centers on those rims, you will need spacers.
Verify that these numbers are correct
