Iowa 2001 b7400 I noticed the other day the fuel tank cap was pulled down a little bit so I opened it it was under a vacuum that was the first problem and then today after working the tractor for about an hour and a half It decides to start bogging down bowling black smoke and again the tank cap was pulled down I opened the tank cap while it running it helped a little bit but then shortly it bogged down and then shut down now when I try to start it even with the cap off it will take a minute or so to get it to start and it will only run at an idle even sounds like it's missing a cylinder what could this be

Fuel tank problem -- get a new cap , the air vent is plugged
Black smoke -- check that air filter (plugged) and intake pipe for rodent nest
