I have an older model L2800D tractor and the front left tire has a wobble. I can't tell if it's the tie rod or the steering arm (pitman?) or something worse. Anybody have any of the same issues? The tractor is on a ranch in South Texas and I'm hoping to fix it myself and not have to bring it to the dealer in Kerrville. Its not something that's visible to the naked eye. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Start by lifting the tire off the ground and manually moving the tire looking for sloppy parts.

Different tractor but I had both wheels wobbling on an old Ford 2600 and had to replace the drag links, power steering and tie rod ends. Parts were only $300 and it now drives like a new tractor. I should have done it years ago.

Thank you for the reply. I have visually inspected the tractor (My Dads I inherited) but I can't see anything. I am back at the ranch in a couple weeks and will give it a good inspection. I'm hoping it's something I can fix on my on and not have to take to the dealer about a 150 miles away. Again thank y'all
