I am working on a SSV75 (2017) that a friend of mine bought, as is. It had a blown motor, and other parts cannibalized for another unit. (price was right). Motor rebuilt, everything else checked over and replaced or repaired.
Connected the battery, and turned the key, and the only thing working, is the electric fuel pump, the horn. and radio. When I turn the key off, something clicks back on the engine. The dash pod doesn't light up, or gauges work. None of the buttons on the front of the cab seem to work either. I have pulled and tested all the fuses, and, the relays. I removed the seat and back panel, to check all the wire harness connections, and all seem clean and in good shape. No bad or burned connections. The only thing I haven't done, is pull the ecu's out to check for bad connections or bent pins. Went to local dealership to ask for a wiring schematic, to possibly do some circuit testing, but they were hesitant to copy one off for me.
I am not sure which way to turn. Is there somewhere to get a full schematic, or is there anyone out there, to steer me in the right direction.
Any and all help, will be greatly appreciated.
