Yep I ran a L3130 out of fuel shame on me . I filled it back up and it started with out bleeding the lines . But it has a very rough idle and white smoke exhaust coming from the breather hose off the valve cover . There was none before I ran it out of fuel . What could be the reasons for the smoke and rough idle, has anyone ever seen that before after running out of fuel ? Im not running it anymore untill I get it to the shop and have a tech service it .

Maybe you should go ahead and bleed the lines. Sounds like you either have some air still in the lines or perhaps when you ran out you sucked something into the filter.

Yeah Im gonna take all the proper steps to do so , Just mainly wanted to know if air in the line or trash could cause the white smoke from the breather hose and of course Im sure the rough idle . Curious if this has been seen before after running out of fuel .

White smoke is a sign its starving for fuel, as is the rough idle....

any trash in the tank would have been sucked in just before it ran out.
Blead it and it should be fine, if not check/change the fuel filter.

Thanks WinnieCouple , Im just paranoid as its my uncles tractor and Im very respectfull with his equipment. Im going to change out the fuel filter and all and perform a proper bleed tomorrow morning . If teh problem presists I will take it to the tech.

Ok I performed a complete injecter bleed after changeing the fuel filter . All went fine with the bleed . Started the tractor fine . Exhaust cleared up but I still have a white smoke coming from the backflow hose that runs off teh top of the valvle cover and runs down towards the ground . I I hear a slight lufter knocking noise as well . As said teh exhaust is fine , Im just having excessive white smoke coming from that hose . Suggestions ?

Smoke coming from the crankcase vent tube would have nothing to do with running it out of fuel. It indicates combustion loss past one or more pistons. It was almost for sure doing it before you ran out of fuel and you just didn't notice it then. Unfortunately it will require an engine rebuild to correct the problem!

Your white smoke might also be partially from condensation steaming or burning off?

The smoke could be due to valve stem seals that hardened and then cracked, allowing oil vapors & combustion gases to pump through into valve covers. Sometimes [usually] possible to replace the valve stem seals without even removing head or doing a valve job. If it runs okay it's sort of a waste to tear stuff down that isn't necessary.

Without a baseline to go from are you sure there is more smoke than before. Also unless someone modified the the crank case breather the L3130 has a positive crankcase breather, in other words the breather is plumbed into the intake so there is no hose for an external CCB.
