I just bought a used B7610 and was wondering where the temperature gauge should be reading. Currently it is just at the top of the "C" at the bottom of the gauge. Knowing that diesels like a little heat to run better this sounds a little cool to me. Should I replace the thermostat to get the engine to run a little hotter?

Thanks in advance.

Just the nature of these units. They all seem to run cool according to the gauge, but the gauge runs low. They should have about a 180*F thermostat and that is where all of mine have run.
