I saw that also but just closed that session of OTT without touching anything in the window you posted. Then opened a new browser and got onto OTT again. I did NOT see that window you showed again.

Only seeing it on OTT. Pops up on sign on page. Using DuckDuckGo or Safari on iPhone. Started this afternoon. Haven’t seen it on any other sites.
