What is the age of this B7200

I bought a Kubota B7200 with front loader and am trying to figure out when it was made. Serial or Vin number on Bill of Sale is B6200D63980. Have tried to look this up and think the B6200 is actually the model and the 63980 indicates made in 2006 and 3rd month. Can anyone shed some light on this? Also looking for a source for the operational decals as some of the parts have been re-painted and decals are gone i.e. 2 speed lever cover etc.

Thanks for the reply on the serial number my little B7200 arrived late last night and it has one of the cylinders on the FEL leaking. So now I need to have that repaired. What should be the approximate cost for repair. I live in Fresno Ca. so did a search for some companies but they are all closed on the weekend. Anyone have ideas for repair shops in central Ca.
