Very cool tags!! Quite the history behind the Atlas Imperial Engine Co. And the 2nd tag off of that paper mill motor......725 HP at only 720 RPMs!! That was a massive piece of spinning steel at that slow a rpm!This Atlas brass plaque I salvaged from a sunken boat off the Government wharf in Bella Bella BC.

We use to take care of the protection relays for some old standby generation. The power plants were the engines from WW2 LSTs. Fairbanks Morse and Cooper Engines. Another plant had some older Nordberg engines. Nothing tiny or lightweight on those old engines or the generators coupled to them.
