Hey,

When you have your deck off your tractor how do you move it around?

I have seen Deck Dolly which seems a little pricey but looks like it will work fine

Also have seen Larrys mower wheels which is four wheels and a couple of bars that slide thought where the rear wheels go. Looks easy not as pricey (but pricey for what your getting for your money) but again it looks like it would work okay.

Has anyone used either or have something else they do?

Thanks

I made my own set of wheels for mine for around $25.00.

I just move mine around on it's own wheels in the shop. When it's time to go vertical for longer term storage, I use the loader and leave it leaning against the wall. If your' tight on space, this would not work very well.

I am fortunate to have commercial shelving in my barn that can hold 3,000 pounds per 10 foot run so I use the front forks on my NH T4.75 or a electric fork lift to store most of my implements on pallets off the floor and out of the way. I get some funny looks from friends when they see 850-900 pound tractor implements stored 8 feet up on shelves but it sure make life easy for me and gains a lot of extra floor space.

Below is for moving a bush hog around, not a mower deck, but....

I installed two steel wheel rollers on the front edge of the deck that protrude down just enough, in combination with the swivel wheel at the back to let it roll around on concrete. Also added a push handle grip just above the rear wheel to make it easier...

The rollers are strong enough that if they drag in the dirt while bush hogging, they can take it...
