Great Forum! I recently picked up a L2501 for general use around the home stead. I was looking at this forum and saw the thread below for the "heater cab" the gentlemen posted about for his larger kubota.

https://www.tractorpartsasap.com/Heater-Cab-Kit-Vinyl-p/123073.htm

It looks like just what I need. I talked to my dealer awhile back and he mentioned that Kubota offered a similar product that fit the L3301 but he called it a "Sunshade Canopy" and he said it "should" fit my tractor for $ 437.00

I don't think a canopy and a cab are the same thing at all, plus I need to know if it will fit for sure before I order something. Basically I need one of these economical vinyl heater cabs for a L2501. I emailed the Kubota factory but have not heard back from them yet. Can anyone here please steer me in the right direction please?

BTW my tractor has the foldable ROPS, I think that might matter.

Thanks in advance for any and all replies.

Update:

I e-mailed Curtis Industries, they did not list the L2501 on their site but seem to have a good rep. with enclosures and some of the local Kubota dealers are also Curtis dealers. Curtis/Wendy Conway was very helpful providing information; she tagged the 1KL38AS and 1KL38SS (for L3200 and L3800) as working on the L2501; AS is hard-side, SS is soft-side. She also had their marketing dept. do a website update (to add L2501) to the list for those models: http://www.curtisindustries.net/kubota-l3200-l3800/

Also, found vinyl enclosure at CoverMyTractor: http://www.covermytractor.com/Kubota-L3800-Tractor-Cabs-and-Cab-Enclosures-s/6834.htm

Now to find a heater.
