Vac line to fuel valve m8200?

Was ciphering on no start and it looks like there is a vac port on start/stop valve. None of my manuals show one.

There are no vac ports on these engines.

Start/stop valve?

Are you talking the jet start valve on the top front of the injection pump?

yes. I didn't think there were any vac places, but it is such a small nipple. So where does it connect?
I replaced the fuel/h2o unit and it cranks ok, I just couldn't figure out that one.

Looking at the pic it looks like overflow or air from injectors.
