V2203 white smoke

I have a V2203 powering a 25kw generator. Unit is refurbished. When it is running under no load the exhaust is clear but when I put a load on it the exhaust produces white smoke. In the attached picture the unit had been running for about 25min and had 30-40amps per leg. Is this injection timing? Other than the smoke the engien ran fine and was able to handle 80 amps no problem. If it is injection timing will this damage the engien? Thanks

It's tough to tell off pics, but if it's fuel smoke, could be timing, or more likely bad injector.
